As part of our Online Delivery Speed Guarantee, we will do everything we can to ensure that your online delivery order is delivered within thirty minutes. If we get it wrong and your order is delivered over 10 mins late, which is sometimes unavoidable, we’ll send you a £10 Pizza Hut Delivery voucher code to spend on your next order. The Speed Guarantee timer starts as soon as your order is received by the Pizza Hut Delivery store. The delivery time is therefore calculated on the time it takes from order confirmation to the delivery driver arriving at your door. If this delivery time exceeds 40 minutes and is therefore late, you will receive a £10 Pizza Hut Delivery voucher code. The Estimated Delivery Time (ETA) detailed in the order confirmation is an estimate of how long it will take for your order to be delivered and is not valid to claim a speed guarantee voucher.
