Contacting people who might have been exposed to coronavirus is an important step in stopping the spread. However, still abiding by the guidelines within the different areas of the U.K these are the details you require:
Our Huts in England operate the NHS Test and Trace, as per Government legislation. This means that guests will have the option to provide their name and contact details via the NHS COVID-19 mobile phone app. Full information on NHS Test and Trace can be found here.
In accordance with Welsh regulations, in all Huts in Wales - all guests (aged 16 and over) will be asked to provide their details to a server who will input these on to our in-Hut system via a hand held laptop. The server is required to check the guest identification against a driving license, debit/credit card or similar to ensure that the key details given are correct. Unfortunately guests who do not wish to give their details will not be able to dine with us. All Welsh Huts will also display a NHS App QR Code should guests wish to enter details on this application as well.
Guests in our Scottish Huts or those who are unable to access or use the NHS Test and Trace app, are able to use our existing Hut Track and Trace process available through our Mobile Ordering system or directly at the till system (for those who are unable to use the other options available). The Tracing systems we have in place are designed to help identify and notify people who may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus. Unfortunately those guests who are unable or unwilling to take part in one of our Track and Trace systems will sadly not be able to dine at our restaurants.
"Your information will be held securely, controlled by the Restaurant premises you were in and will be destroyed after 21 days.
