If you have received two confirmation emails, it will most likely mean that two orders have gone through.
The best option would be to contact the hut so that they do not make both orders and then please contact our customer care team so that they can process the refund for you.
If you have been charged twice for one order and only one confirmation email has been received, this will most likely mean that one of the payments will be a "pending payment".
This is where your bank will retrieve the payment out of your account and place in a holding account for us to accept the money - This will show as pending on your online banking.
However, as we have not been able to accept the payment (And will not have made a second email confirmation) from the bank this means that your bank will drop the money back into your own account.
Depending on the bank that you are will this can take up to 3-5 working days.
